Its something that may happen in the future but at the moment I am happy with the system we have that after a certain amount of posts you don't see adds. How do you all find the 'rogue' adds that are up now..?are they to intrusive..?
Just noticed these, as ive been away for the weekend.. Bit weird seeing them but im sure we will get used to them..
Not too intrusive but don't like them myself. As for having ads on the site on a more permanent basis in the future I think IK is better than that and money should be raised by member donations and not defaced by google ad rubbish. Just my opinion!
Its not a policy change.They have been there all along but only to people with a few/no posts.I had to up grade the software and the problem I am having now is with the aspect of who sees them and who does not. I am sure I will sort it out I just need a bit of time to troubleshot it.

Sorry only seen this now,we had a list of blocked sites but while I was doing some work I deleted it so had to start again.I think this issue is now resolved.
The ads are back again? Didn't seem them this morning but since this afternoon the top right hand corner has rolling ads.
Yes they are only back in the last hour,I was going to do a thread about it but sure he will do.I did post a while ago that I was in talks with a couple of companys with regards the adds,so going to test this one for a while. I am also going to be getting moving on the hosting issue,I know it has not been a prob the last while but thats because over Xmas we are never as busy.I have a new bigger hosting package setup I just need to back everything up and hope it all goes across with no probs.Its very time consuming but I will get there and hope to sort this out once and for all.
