Stoke Tickets

Thinking of booking flights over for this - has anyone got any idea of a reason why this fixture might be changed? It's down for 3:00 live on Setanta on the 20th September so hopefully it's a fairly safe bet

 

Can't think of any obvious reason it'd be changed. It was never a likely TV target (Setanta Ireland are essentially selected by default i.e. the matches not picked up and left at 3 o'clock), they're no big cup team and its early enough in the season. Nothing is a certainty but you'd be very unlucky to get caught out with that one unless someone knows better ?

It won't be changed man. 3pm kickoff live on Setanta.
I'm hoping to get tickets for this one myself. You'd be safe booking flights for this one.

6 of us have already booked flights. €30 including handling fee in and out of Birmingham same day.

Bringing the eldest for the first time. Was hoping might be okay to get tickets as its Stoke, however judging by the early interest might not be. In that case I will be trying to call in favours in return for last season!

 

I was thinkin interest might have been low but sounds lik everyone had the same idea

 

Me and one of the lads are staying in liverpool for the weekend. Booked in and out of manchester for about e100 but obviously not stayin in that kip!

 

very knows this game will be easy to attend as its not exactly a huge game

 

Anybody had any luck wit der tickets??

 

The date of sale has not even been announce for this game yet so i would imagine not too many sorted yet !

what time flight are you on??four of us are flying into brum first thing and hiring a car and driving up.bang goes calling that favour in off me

 

6.30am. Gives enough time to get train and stroll around beforehand. Back on 10.10pm, in just in time for pint in local.

 

I'd mark this one down as a game with potential for trouble. Stoke have an active firm and they will be looking to flex their muscles at all the big PL clubs.

 

Really? Wasn't aware they were trouble and had them down as a family club

Took a chance at some flights before the fixtures came out & this was one - 3 of us heading over on red-eye flight into Liverpool in the morning & flying back that night

 

How much that cost? Few of us flying into manchester friday mornin and out sunday for 80euro..?

 

Got them for a song mate - Eur30 each or something silly return including taxes. Total fluke though as only a 25% chance we would see a game as 1) we could have been playing away or 2) playing on a Sunday
