    Carra for me.

I know most are going for Torres but for me we havent seen the real Torres since May with all the injuries, recoveries, reoccurences so on that basis he cant win for me but he was our player of last season.

Carra on the other bar one or two mistakes is faultless, he leave blood, sweat and ringing ears on the pitch, never gives less that 110%, never drops his head, has mastered the art neither the ball or the player is passing him art of defending, there is no other player more committed to LFC than Carra and I include Stevie in that.

Sami Hyppia has been brilliant in every game he's played. I loved Skrtel's improvement til he got injured and if he comes back sound and plays til end of the season, I'd give it to him.

From January to May Id have said Torres, but taking in all of 2008, then Stevie G has to get the nod. His goal in Marsaille was huge, his winner against Boro stand out among many excellent strikes. Add to that the winning penalty against Arsenal, The goal against Inter etc. But not just for his goals, his performances have gone up a notch in the last year. Good for you Stevie

I think Kuyt gave so much and tried his best to adapt into the right wing position which he has managed to do brilliantly
