I wanted to bring my nephew to see the Capital One Cup semi-final against Stoke. I had my own member's card, but that wouldn't get a ticket for my nephew.

Willie was so helpful, first suggesting on the thread that I could use two cards of his to get two tickets (and also suggesting I could give my card to someone else) but then via PM he also advised me on how the whole thing would work (as I wasn't used to swapping cards etc.), answered all my stupid questions and even sent me a PM to remind me when the sale was on.

It all couldn't have been smoother, would definitely recommend Willie to anyone.
