Useful website. By any chance would you have a link to the BT Sports documentary 'Two Tribes: How Football Saved a City'
No joy at all on this one redabbey but after all the searching I'm now dying to see it! Only option available is via BT sports online/app which requires a subscription
"Unmasking Jihadi John: The Anatomy of a Terrorist" by HBO is a great watch for those interested. Chilling.
Making Shankly on Amazon Prime Video at the minute is good, it's about him growing up in Glenbuck and how it formed his opinions about hard work and togetherness. Gerrard doc on Amazon too and there's another one about football in general that has a Liverpool episode about Rwandan fans. Free 30 day trial of Prime and cancel it then if nothing else grabs your fancy.
Wrinkles the Clown. Check it out. Unreal . I won’t say too much about it only Americans provide great TV.
I love you , now die is worth a watch. It’s a 2 part series about a girl in America who “persuaded” her boyfriend to commit suicide . It’s on HBO but it’s only out a couple of weeks but you will be able to get it in most decent places. Definitely a interesting story and there is two sides to the story. Don’t want to say too much.
With the derby on tonight it got me thinking that I still haven't seen this infamous BT Sports Film Two Tribes ... don't suppose anyone has a copy?
BT have been showing it every few days over the past fortnight mate. I know its not getting you much closer but keep an eye on BT's listings
Don't know if anybody posted on this but just started watching footie documentary called This is Football. It's a 6 part series done by Amazon. The first episode focus on Rwanda and the Genoicide from 1994 and story told through Liverpool fans and 2005 Champions league win.
Only got around to watching a recording of the Maradona film that was aired on a Channel 4 recently. Absolutely brilliant and definitely worth a watch for anyone who hasn’t seen it.
HBO have released another belter of a documentary. It’s called McMillions . It’s about McDonalds and the fraud which went on with their McDonalds Monopoly game. There is 5 episodes in it, and I’ve watched half of it so far and it’s brilliant. It’s not on Netflix or Amazon prime, so you will need to find it else where on third party Apps etc. Well worth a watch I have to say.
If you are into Music, check out the Wu Tang Clans documentary. It is a 4 episode show and it's bloody brilliant. It's kinda like an emotional roller coaster at times, some of the stuff they went through and some of the things which happened to them. As a young fella, I loved ODB, so I was delighted to see there was nearly a full episode dedicated to him and his life.
